Hello Chaya, I want to encourage you in your GF challah endeavor, so I'd like to keep this review positive. The Medjool-Cinnamon, as well as the plain challah, were both quite delicious the same day I bought them, spread with a generous amount of unsalted butter, and I was glad to be sharing with a friend. However, neither one of them held up very well over time. I sliced and froze the remainder, and when I toasted them, they both seemed somewhat gummy. I would recommend this challah for someone who was going to share the bread immediately on the day it was purchased, and didn't intend to save some for later.
We love the gluten free vegan challah from Motzi Gluten free! It is delicious and the texture is incredible. Its by far the best gluten free/vegan bread we've ever had and even our gluten eating friends love it!
The Medjool-Cinnamon challah is so delicious! The dates add a subtle sweetness and the cinnamon a bit of spice. All together, a yummy treat! It's especially good with honey butter made with Gabriel's local honey! YUM!
I don't do gf but the challah was great! Made good french toast too.
